“Superior muffler sharp they take pride in their work and do quality work at a reasonable price. It is a good mechanic shop to go to have your car checked out or get it worked on. Estimates are free and the employees are always courteous and friendly. Ready to help I stopped in not knowing what was wrong with my car and I asked them if they could find the problem they they gave me a free estimate. They checked it out and told me the problem and they told me how much it would cost at a very practical and reasonable price. I was very pleased with them. I recommend this this shop for everyone to go. Try it out and see if they like it. I certainly will go back to them and have my car worked on”

“Ivan definitely has my recommendation for anyone needing a tow. When our insurance failed getting us a tow we started going down the list calling tow companies ourself. After 20 different no answers and a few that answered but said they either could not help us or it would be tomorrow morning. It’s 2:30am we are broke down and stranded on an elevated bridge with a very small shoulder. We finally called Ivan’s company Rivera Towing. He picked up right away swiftly communicated with us and was on his way to us. Oh and it was pouring rain. He had our vehicle on his truck and we were off the road in a flash. Great guy! Great attitude! Very respectful and respectable. God bless you and your business Ivan. May he always keep you safe as you help those in need my friend.????”

“We drove to New Orleans from South Carolina for a 5-day stay, arriving late Friday afternoon, Nov 24. Upon arrival at our hotel, we unloaded our luggage. We had temporarily parked on the sidewalk because Gravier St. was full of traffic. When we came back to move the car to a parking garage, the car would not start at all. With a car parked on the sidewalk, we knew we had to take some fast action.But without knowledge of the town, we did not know who to call for help. We did not know who we could trust. We found Rudy Smith towing company on the internet; ratings were positive. I called a dispatcher and from that point on, the driver, Timothy, called me to report his progress. At several junctures he wanted to turn around. The traffic was horrendous and he feared that he would not be able to park his truck to set up for the tow. I pleaded with him and encouraged him; he did not give up. He was very courteous and professional when he arrived. He helped me understand what he would do with my car & keys once he got it to Honda. Bottom line is, I trusted a total stranger to tow away my car in an unfamiliar town to a service location I'd never visited. Timothy delivered. Thank you.”
