“Really good Boudin. Not stupid spicy like a lot of the other places, but A lot of flavor with just a little kick and without the overpowering liver flavor (hate liver). The cracklin wasn’t the best, but not the worst either. Boudin balls were delicious but small and only came in two flavors. Regular and mozzarella (More flavors like pepper Jack or jalapeño popper would be so good y’all) the cheese was distributed throughout and not just a hunk of goo in the middle like other places do. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, but wasn’t very friendly either. However, it was late in the day and a Friday so that’s totally understandable. Will definitely visit again.”
“This place is near and dear to me, I've been going here since I was a little girl. It's the freshest meat you can buy. This is a way better option than Walmart. You can watch the meat walk up into the slaughter house It's that fresh.”

“My husband works here the people that work with him are very helpful and kind-hearted or should I say the people that he works for Miss Kelly is one of the most kindest bosses I've ever met, they cook all kind of different types of food such boudin, boudin balls, sausage ,gumbo an many other delicious things.”
