“The red beans and rice were tasty, but just mush. No beans in it. I understand different people like different things, I just like some beans in mine.
The burger was delicious, juicy, and a great size. The boudain addition was definitely worth it. I don't know what kind of bun they used, but it reminded me of a jalepeno bun, kinda sweet. I could eat the burger 3 times a week.
The pork chop breading was too hard. I like crunchy, but that was like the wet chop sat in the flour too long type of hard. It was well seasoned beneath the flour though. I would come back for sure.
The service was excellent. It seems like I'm bashing the place but I'm not. EVERYTHING tasted great, there's just some things I like different than others. I would absolutely go back again and again.”

“I go here regularly for the cracklin, which is the best I’ve ever consistently found, and their boudin which is also as good as any I’ve ever had! They have a large array of specialty Cajun products and a great wine selection for a fairly small place. The location is great too. Easy to get to from either New Iberia or Lafayette.”
“Quick friendly service. Good quailty product. Bought half a cow to stock up for the year. They had it ready same week and even loaded it into my car for me without me having to ask for assistance. Everything came wrapped in butcher paper and labeled. Will definitely be returning.”
