“My parents and I are not tech savvy, but Damon Guidry and Javonee Cochran were very patient and understanding. We were switching three lines from ATT. To add to the issue, we were requesting to keep my parent's landline with Brightspeed as my mother's new cell number. They were EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING. Even going the extra mile by sending another worker(sorry did not get his name) to travel to another location to get the phone since they did not have it in stock. Wish they had a 10 star rating to give.”

“Went into Rick Smith Audio today to get a new radio/back up camera in my vehicle. Andre was my sales person and he was very informative on what all was needed to accomplish what I wanted done and he was very knowledgeable on any questions I had pertaing to each device I wanted installed. I called around to get a few quotes before coming here and the price is reasonable for what I got. The service they said would typically take 3-4 hours I was out in about 2 1/2 hours.. Will definitely be coming back with my other vehicle. Thanks for great service!”

“I definitely recommend this location! Aless was pleasant over the phone and was able to hold a phone for us even though we came hours later. Shentelle went ABOVE and BEYOOOND to make sure we left satisfied! She’s extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were getting the best deal for adding a new line. I absolutely loved her energy and she made us feel pretty comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but also observed a third employee being extremely professional with customers as they were coming in.
