“Stopped at another Cricket location and they couldn’t help me. Went to the Breaux Bridge location and had the pleasure of meeting the manager Ms Tiffany. Ms Tiffany was very knowledgeable and very nice. She had me out of the door in no time. Excellent customer service!”
“My parents and I are not tech savvy, but Damon Guidry and Javonee Cochran were very patient and understanding. We were switching three lines from ATT. To add to the issue, we were requesting to keep my parent's landline with Brightspeed as my mother's new cell number. They were EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING. Even going the extra mile by sending another worker(sorry did not get his name) to travel to another location to get the phone since they did not have it in stock. Wish they had a 10 star rating to give.”

“I had a most enjoyable experience at the ATT store in Breaux bridge. The representative Vonetta went well beyond my expectations as I was trying to subscribe to ATT Air. She was patient, informative, and polite as we went through the process of signing up. Vonetta involved her manager who stayed on the phone with her until service was established. She continued to reassure me that we would get through the process together. Her kindness was most appreciated and her commitment to great customer service was quite noticeable. I recommend anyone interested in service with ATT to speak with Vonetta. You will be as impressed as I was.”
