βGreat discounted products for yourself, your home or gift giving! You have to shop the aisles for good buys. At times, the lines are long because they need additional cashiers, so you will need patience when checking out. Bought a pair of Danskin slip in sneakers recently, and they feel like I'm walking on pillows. They are not only comfy, but well made. Less than $8.00. Great for weekend errands or going to the gym.β
βThe manager Rodrick at the Marrero store is the best. Everyone at the store is friendly & helpful. Gina, Dedra, Ms. Katherine & Steven. Rodrick provides excellent customer service. I have bought several things from them outdoor & indoor Broyhill furniture. So far we have enjoyed our furniture.β

βThis one is a little far from my house, but I absolutely love the consistency of this store. They have literally everything you can need, especially someone like me. The vanity/beauty section is insane( in a good way). They sell inscents too! I like how affordable their weights and fitness things are, because Iβve always wanted to get my own little personal collection but other stores over price like crazy.β

βThis Dollar Tree used to be very disappointing. It didn't matter that everything was a dollar. The store was poorly stocked, bare shelved at times, and you...I could really never find what I was looking for, at this store. I shop here because...you know why?? I am a glutton for punishment. Buying on impulse for grandkids and needing unnecessary households items. Who needs six bottles of soft soap?? ME!!! I do!!! Well this pricing has gone up...the name hasn't changed on the building though. There is a banner in the window. Those extra little quarters add up quickly. I went in for some retail remorse recently. $76.00 later, I walked away with four little bags and a whole lot of what happened. I had to look at the receipt and check it again. There used to be a time when that amount of dough spent, you would have had to take the ? cart to the car. ANYWHO!!! Felt some type of way about that. Customer service is decent. It would not make me boycott shopping there...yet. YES...there is a list. The only only negative interaction that I ever had in the store, was not even with an employee. This "tall, red, "light skinned" curly headed, heavy set, African American, older woman" who restocks the greetings cards. Her Attitude and whole demeanor is stank?. If she works for HALLMARK, good Lord. That's like sending your best friend out to swim with sharks with bologna in his pockets - BAD BUSINESS!!! As everyone mentioned in various postings, the lines for check out are confirmed ? slow..and most of the time one line open. Merchandise offerings for the $1.25 price point have stepped up. They now offer a $3, $5 aisle. Toys for the kids have minimized, they really aren't like they used to be stocked. The arts and crafts aisle is looking good. This store looks like it is finally trying to get it together. It was alot more organized and fully stocked than any other time that I have been here. Kudos to the store manager and staff...keep up the good work.β
β6 pack of Budweiser for less than $8. Hard white liquor BOGO. Great place for liquor and beer at reasonable prices!!! The area just isnβt too ideal is the only thing, but what do you expect? The hood always got the GREAT liquor spots!!! :Dβ
βWent for puppy pads and treats for my dogs as always I tend to spend more than expected when I go there and always buy unplanned items but I kept my budget under 30 dollars. I was able to buy 28 puppy pads for under 9.00 dollars. More cheaper than anywhere else. Dollar tree is my happy place.... Very pleased with my purchases today as always and will definitely recommend..... Especially if you are watching your dollars....β

βGreat items found precious initials to put on gifts, Christmas cards in cellophane such nice cards, those are 1.25, not .50 cents. But they are better. Pretty coaster, good gift idea, will wrap with twine to dress them up for presentation. Found perfect size wooden rings, 5 to the pack to crochet teething rings. Couldn't find them anywhere else especially for the price.β

βI love the fact that they open @ 8am.The store is clean . Sometimes there is unpacked stock on certain isles which i avoid . I shop for specific items , therefore I'm in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The people that I meet are friendly & polite!? Their prices are good & they have frequent sales . It still is one of my favorite places to buy reasonably priced items .?10/05/23 I love Family Dollars stores b/ c I can always afford to shop there & have extra money left. I dropped in to check out how many new things I can see. The cashier was friendly & helpful & the store was well stocked .β

βThis store is always busy and is shopped heavily. I never find those secret treasures here but the workers work really hard to keep it stocked and keep the checkout line moving as efficiently as possibleβ
βIt's Dollar General, variety of items but they have been short stocked lately. If you are looking for something particular It's a gamble. Stock changes regularly depending on what comes on the truck.β
βThey were quick & convenient with refund upon returning items, however, make sure its a $1.25 if that's what you are looking to buy, cause the more expensive over $1.25 to $5 isle stuff is spreading to other parts of the store.β
βI made a quick stop to get a birthday card for my Mom. I haven't been in there in a while. It looks like they renovated it. There's more room to browse the aisles.β
βWithout a doubt, the fanciest and cleanest gas station store I've seen since I was in the business districts of Lima, Peru and Midtown Manhattan.Lakeview really is a whole different world from the rest of New Orleans.β
βI frequent Dollar general they are close to my home & in each city i visit. One particular employee, named Sherry was super helpful . I always buy something I need on sale @ a good price . The store was nice & cool. There was no wanting so, I breezed in the out in a hurry.??β
βMy favorite place to shop always! They're also mind readers with ICE FOR SELL! Not 5lb. Bags, not 7 lb. BAGS FOR SALE. I BOUGHT 3 BAGS NOT KNOWING THEY WERE 10 LBS EACH! βThey have so many home improvement items that are $1.25 each here and $7-8 at Home Depot or Lowes. I highly suggest that you buy your tape measures, paint brushes and supplies, spackle and many other items here. You will save a ton of money and the quality is the same or better.β
βI love my local Family Dollar sooooo much the Ms.Tanika is the absolute best manager there is the staff members are so polite, accommodating, respectful and helpful I canβt brag enough about them. Since Sav A Lot closed next door they have been getting swamped and they took the added work and shining bright as the diamonds they each are they all deserve RAISES!!!! Great employees are hard to come by in todayβs time and this particular location is filled with them!!!!β

βI have to start by say the warm welcome you get from DDβs sets them apart from any other clothing and household department storeβ¦ it doesnβt matter how many times you come in and out the store. The staff say welcome to DDβs loudly in a a warm welcoming manner.
Itβs the go to store when youβre watching your budget and still want to find nice clothing, bags and accessories for your family.
As it relates to the quality of the items sold there, I would say itβs fair considering the price youβre getting the items for!
They even sell household items for your kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. I have to point out that their knives selection were very nice.β
βI wasn't even aware this location was even here! I love the Dollar General! Reasonable prices, well organized. Parking lot is shared with the furniture store next door. Plenty of inventory. Great shopping when your on a budget.β
βConvenient. I wouldn't call it "Discount" as their prices are about the same as other gas stations. The people working there are attentive, friendly and efficient.β
βIt was a bit cluttered but at least I was able to find what I needed. I went to Earhart because it was closer and NOTHING was out even though the app says they have it in stock? Weird! I was able to find what I needed in here.β
