“Response was great. Found leaking faucet and replaced it. Unfortunately a cpcv line broke and flooded kitchen and surrounding carpet. Dewatering came out removed water. All together job done promptly.”
“The workers in The Quarters are so nice and amazing. The apartments are very affordable, and look nice. If you are looking for anywhere to live I definitely recommend staying here. Ps, they do a lot for their residents, like free food and gift raffles?”
“My boyfriend and I moved to Plantation crossing in July and we absolutely love it! They always have cute events going on at the clubhouse, great amenities, and a AMAZING staff and maintenance crew. I never struggle with finding parking spots (at my previous I had to park six buildings down), and making contact with the office is so easy. The neighbors are quiet and very nice.
Location is great because we’re about 10 minutes from everywhere we’d need to go and we’re not too close to Kaliste Saloom’s road so you don’t hear the traffic.
The whole process of signing our lease/making first payments went very well thanks to the whole office team who quite literally held my hand through it!
I’ve never felt so welcomed before than I do now by our little community at Plantation Crossing and I’d recommend it to literally anyone. Our apartment truly feels like home.”

I think Greystone is the only apartments with an indoor basketball court. And they have one of the largest gyms I've seen in an apartment complex. The gym always smells SO FRESH, too!!! You can tell a lot of love goes into the upkeep of this apartment community. I'm happy to call Greystone "home" for the past 2 years. My only regret is that I can't spend more time at Greystone's pool due to work.... sure is pretty!!”
“Great place to live. I so love the office staff, they have some sweet souls. Ms Pam and Ms Nicole . There's no waiting with work orders, all done in a timely manner. Community is in a nice area, any issues are accommodated. Clean. Upkept. And always striving to make Canterbury's community better. I love, love this place - for real!”

“From my experience I enjoyed staying here. The office is very great at communicating and working with you. I’m not saying it’s perfect every place has its flaws but I enjoyed my stay and if I was to move back to Lafayette I would move back there.”

“This is not a typical retirement home, it’s a full scale resort. It’s absolutely beautiful. The amenities are everything from an underground pool (with resort-like patio) to putt-putt. The whole place was a vibe. Everyone there seemed relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard was peaceful and serene. I am 29 years old and I did not desire to leave. It actually has me looking forward to aging. The other residents were friendly. One of them helped me find my way when I was lost. Another one held the door open for me, despite them being the elder. The most important reason I would recommend this place is its ability to be transparent. The reason I was there was to conduct a formal observation for my university. Many of the retirement communities and assisted living facilities I called gave me the run-around and ducked scheduling me. Parc Gardens did not mind being observed at all and even let me come at my own leisure. It speaks volumes about the management and care of their facility. Unlike the other places, they had nothing to hide or dress up. Finding a beautiful and fun place to live is a great find. Finding a place you can trust as well is a treasure.”
“I have only been a resident here for a few months and the one thing that stands out the most is the property management on site. Especially Crue Simon!! I can’t not say what a blessing she is. Always has such a great attitude and professionalism about her. Any time I see her or call the front office I am treated with the upmost respect and compassion. 5 Stars all because of Crue Simon!!”

“The people here are awesome. Been living here for a while now and never been waiting more than a day or two to get a problem fixed no matter the issue. The times our ac and freezer broke, someone came out same day to get things working again. Everyone we have met is friendly and polite and really wants to make sure this isn't just an apartment, it's a home.”
