The first thing I want to say is the greatest thing about this place is the staff ms. Crystal in the front office is the nicest kindest and most welcoming person I have ever met hands down she is one of the most valuable things here. Property is pretty good and kept up. Not really any bad things to say about this place

Nice place to live. It's right in mid of Lafayette town makes us easy to reach out to retail outlets like Walmart, Target , Costco and wholefoods.
I would like to give top rating to management and maintanence staff since they are right after the tickets and get them resolved very soon.

Wonderful experience living here. For four years anytime something broke It was fixed quickly. The office staff is friendly and communicative with any changes or events. Also club house events for kids during the summer are great for bored kids. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to look here.
