“We love living here! We moved right before the holidays of 2025. It’s like a hidden gem in the middle of all the new restaurants, hospitals, and shopping, but still feels peaceful and serene. Lani and Dwana are always welcoming and available. Maintenance is very nice and professional. The apartments in itself have a very cozy high-quality look to them and the pond with the fountains are just beautiful, especially at night.🤩 We are grateful we get to live here!

“Awesome place to call home everyone in the office are awesome and very helpful. the amenities are awesome with plenty of things to do from bbq by the gorgeous pool and volleyball sand court. Or you can hit the gym or play basketball in their indoor court.”

“I’ve lived here about four years. Though the complex and apartments are beautiful, there’s so much flaw in living here. To start, please make sure if you're renting here you rent an apartment with a washer and dryer in unit. The laundry facility is always open but the washers at ALL times either do not work, do not spin and drain clothes, and are already small. The dryers do not completely dry your clothes you must pay the fee over and over just to dry a single load. If you bring this up to management they will proudly tell you that the laundry facility is a courtesy even though they list it as an amenity on their website. The parking lot is rampant with break ins. I’ve seen the same car get broken into over and over. Glass all over the parking lot from break ins and it’s left there as decor I guess. The on site officer must sleep through the break ins. Management will tell you they’re not liable for personal belongings. Neighboring tenants are allowed to leave trash bags on the patio and the most management will do about it is send a mass message full of typos but will never actually do anything about it. They care more about policing the pool area than making the complex comfortable and safe to live in. The level of unaccountability they have is amazing when it comes to flaws that tenants constantly bring up. I moved out and still haven’t gotten my deposit refund. I could go on but I won’t as this review might not make it. Four stars so they can’t call it unfair and delete but trust, this is a one star establishment.”
“The workers in The Quarters are so nice and amazing. The apartments are very affordable, and look nice. If you are looking for anywhere to live I definitely recommend staying here. Ps, they do a lot for their residents, like free food and gift raffles?”
“The first thing I want to say is the greatest thing about this place is the staff ms. Crystal in the front office is the nicest kindest and most welcoming person I have ever met hands down she is one of the most valuable things here. Property is pretty good and kept up. Not really any bad things to say about this place”

“I never dreamed I would love living here so much, being by our daughter and son in Law has been especially a plus but yall we surely take advantage the amenities, I love the pool and the gym!
I will be honest we moved here in July of 2023 and we have stayed now here in 3 different apartments only because we wanted a different view 😂 now we are right across from the pool and we love it!
This is where we wanted to be from the beginning of looking at apartments here!

“This is not a typical retirement home, it’s a full scale resort. It’s absolutely beautiful. The amenities are everything from an underground pool (with resort-like patio) to putt-putt. The whole place was a vibe. Everyone there seemed relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard was peaceful and serene. I am 29 years old and I did not desire to leave. It actually has me looking forward to aging. The other residents were friendly. One of them helped me find my way when I was lost. Another one held the door open for me, despite them being the elder. The most important reason I would recommend this place is its ability to be transparent. The reason I was there was to conduct a formal observation for my university. Many of the retirement communities and assisted living facilities I called gave me the run-around and ducked scheduling me. Parc Gardens did not mind being observed at all and even let me come at my own leisure. It speaks volumes about the management and care of their facility. Unlike the other places, they had nothing to hide or dress up. Finding a beautiful and fun place to live is a great find. Finding a place you can trust as well is a treasure.”

“I love Willow Park. I was living there 3 years ago but had to move away because of unfortunate circumstances. I absolutely loved the remodeling that was done as well. But during my time there, Dana was great!!!! She ALWAYS made time for me when I needed someone to talk to and I never had any problems with getting things repaired. My move in process was a little stressful, but she made sure everything went smoothly. I absolutely love the new upgrades with the floors, countertops and my favorite color appliances. Willow Park is a great, quiet and clean apartment community. Close to stores and shopping. ❤ # DANAISAWESOME❤# WILLOW PARK❤❤❤”
