Again Mr Jackson and his crew hit it out of the park. He’s local and stands behind everything he does. Always a greeting smile and great attitude. They know there business. Man i had a great experience with big wheels audio and accessories.The guys were fast polite and definitely satisfactory. I would refer anyone to them and plan on bringing all of my wheel and audio work to them in good faith of their expertise!!!!!!

I rented a car here and owner kept my $500 deposit. When I contacted owner about my deposit, he stated he would contact someone to see the status of my deposit but the owner is the person in charge. Owner lied and said his car had to be repaired, which is a lie. The owner is more concerned about money than customer service. Lonnie is very crooked and it’s a reason why his car business didn’t prosper! I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want to lose out on your $500 deposit.

brought my car here to get wrapped && owner Lonnie did everything but wrap my car with the check. Lonnie agreed to refund me but has been ducking me. Lonnie will keep your money and blame his employees for not completing the work, when he messes up the money on his own personal use! I WOULD NOT LET BIGWHEELZ CHANGE A TIRE CAP FOR ME! THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF && KNOWN FOR IT!

the owner LONNIE is the biggest scammer i know! my car went there to get body work done, Lonnie took my insurance check and paid his bills! Owner Lonnie lied and said that his bank account was hacked, but still never fixed my car! After a little over a month, and me constantly asking, I finally received my car with only 10% of the work done! When asked why my other things wasn't done, the owner said he didn't have the money to do it. The owner agreed to pay me to get my car done elsewhere but it's been over a year and now the owner doesn't respond! I DONT RECOMMEND! OWNER IS A THEIF??
