“Skid plate had come loose. Over 100 miles from home. Pulled into Rees and the staff served us by putting some bolts to hold the skid plate on. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. “Today was an interesting day. I met some great guys while getting some new wipers and fluids topped off. About an hour later, I noticed I was smelling fumes through my A/C vent. I pulled to the side to realize that the cap was not put back on and oil was spuing everywhere.I know mistakes happen, so I called the store back and the store manager, Lamar, was as real as they come. He told me he would come meet me and fix my problem, which he did and I never once doubted him. Afterwards, I followed him back to the store and he personally cleaned my engine back to its originally shine. I know he will go far with whatever he does and I’m sure his crew could attest to his genuine effort to help the customers.”

“I was warned about my emissions sticker and the same day I was able to go to 500 Pinhook road to find a great bunch of guys that took care of the problem within ten minutes. Great guys, great service, great price and great location; you would think there would be a problem with traffic but there was no issue. I was in town from Youngsville after 4pm. I would tell everyone to go there for Inspection stickers and from the other reviews I will go there for my oil changes. Good eye candy for the girls, too.”

“I don't know why all the bad reviews?! I took my car in for the Super Works Wash with leather conditioner on dash and doors and my car came out really nice. The staff was very friendly. They took their time. Yet, I went in on a Saturday Morning at 10:00 am and they got me in and out in about 35 minutes. I would have given it 5 stars but someone left a small crack in my drivers side window during wash (probably went down while wiping down inside) so my seat was about 1/3 wet. I was a little upset bc my car isn't even 3 months old but it was an easy mistake. I was overall happy with my experience though!”
“A little pricey but they give teacher discounts. I'm always satisfied with their work and the wait time is usually less than 10 minutes. Plus the office ladies are always friendly and good conversationalists.”
