“EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS SO HOSPITABLE AND CARING!!! This visit was the best take 5 visit I ever experienced. I was greeted immediately and offered water while I waited (which was not long at all). They explained every step! They offered other services while I was there. Before I left they asked me if my experience was satisfactory and if anything could have been done better. OMGGG! Keep every person on that staff! I will not be going anywhere else from now on nor to any other location if I can help it. The staff on Kaliste Saloom got it!!”

“I was warned about my emissions sticker and the same day I was able to go to 500 Pinhook road to find a great bunch of guys that took care of the problem within ten minutes. Great guys, great service, great price and great location; you would think there would be a problem with traffic but there was no issue. I was in town from Youngsville after 4pm. I would tell everyone to go there for Inspection stickers and from the other reviews I will go there for my oil changes. Good eye candy for the girls, too.”

“I have been going to Take 5 for several years to have my oil changed and I have always been happy with their service but on October 3, 2023 I received the most amazing service and had a truly awesome experience because of the three individuals who went above and beyond for not just me, but for every customer that I saw. There was a manager and two other employees and they were really busy but they had such cohesive way of doingthings, you would have never known they were shorthanded and their third coworker was new. They greeted each and every customer and offered us a bottle of water, they communicated how long the wait would be and were accurate. These young men and woman were truly like a well oiled machine!!! Even when the new employee made a mistake they held him accountable but they did it with love and guidance. I was truly impressed and happy with my service! As long as those three are there, I will never go anywhere else for my oil change!!”

“I don't know why all the bad reviews?! I took my car in for the Super Works Wash with leather conditioner on dash and doors and my car came out really nice. The staff was very friendly. They took their time. Yet, I went in on a Saturday Morning at 10:00 am and they got me in and out in about 35 minutes. I would have given it 5 stars but someone left a small crack in my drivers side window during wash (probably went down while wiping down inside) so my seat was about 1/3 wet. I was a little upset bc my car isn't even 3 months old but it was an easy mistake. I was overall happy with my experience though!”
