“My Cadillac DTS was totaled in December 2019, but had no mechanical damage, and after the holidays I had it towed to Burbank Paint and Body on Burbank. After almost a month of replacing the bumpers and matching the paint perfectly, it looked brand new. They not only did a very fine job, but charged me less than what the insurance paid me. I now have some scrapes on the bumpers and will take my car to them only. I'm really sorry C&R owners have retired and sold out. I hope Bruno will find someone as competent to take over the business. I highly recommend them as not only being competent, but they are super friendly and easy to work with. If you need paint or body work on your vehicle, check them out. You won't be disappointed I promise.”

“My daughters car was broken into. They smashed her drivers side window and hit the front of her car. She is a full time student, works and on some club teams. Mindy understood this and they got her car back to her in 7 days!!! They did the paint and everything they could do beforehand. All glass was removed from every part of the car (it was EVERYWHERE). Once they had the parts, they put those on and our car was good to go. I cannot recommend Delaune's enough. If you are in Baton Rouges it is worth sitting in a little traffic for peace of mind and quality workmanship.”

“Stopped by O'Reilly's to pick up some brakes for the challenger. I'm always prepared, so I went online beforehand to get the part number in advance. Time is money lol. Anywho, I put my car information in and it gave me several options to pick from. I picked one and headed to O'Reilly's. I was greeted by Mr.Arick and he asked how could he assist me? I gave him the part number and he entered the numbers into the system. It was a smooth transaction. Once I received the brakes, I went back to the automobile shop to get the brakes replaced. When I got there, it was the wrong part of course. Just my luck. I went back into the store and Mr. Arick greeted me again and asked what happened? I informed him that I got the wrong parts and needed to exchange them out. Once again, no complaints, he exchanged the brakes for the correct set and I was out the door again in no time. I appreciate great customer service from time to time. I definitely will be back to spend my monies here! I gave 4 stars, because O'Reilly's online system is trash lol. I Appreciate the quality service again Mr.Arick!!”

“Amazing experience! After speaking with all 3 repair shops that my insurance company recommended(one didn’t work on BMWs -WOW!; the other two wanted to set an appointment 2+ weeks later I called Medine’s. Estimate done online immediately from pictures. They towed the car & immediately got to work with supplements for damage under the body. Within a week from calling they had all parts in & went to work. They called regularly updating me on progress & another week or so it was ready. Picked it up & it was spotless from a wash & detail. Looked brand new & drives perfectly. Best part was they dealt with the insurance company & all those hassles! Best body work & experience I have ever had!”

“I will never use another battery place! The staff is SO friendly, so kind, helpful, honest. I never knew this place existed until the dealership recommended them to me because my battery was out of stock and I see why. I was stuck in the autozone parking lot, dead battery, and the lead man (Sorry I forgot his name!) came to my rescue and jumped me off! They also changed my battery in the parking lot so quickly.
