Marcus (shop owner) is a very strait forward man and he runs a VERY HONEST BUSINESS. Every time I called Mr. Mike or Marcus answered the phone and answered all my questions. There are a lot of body shops in BR that are shady and they'll try to run your money up, but Toussaints isn't one of them. Best experience I've ever had with a body shop, I will be going back if/when I need anything in the future. They do custom stuff too.”

“Just as many others have noted, we had to get our sienna fixed after someone spun out and destroyed its front end and Jimmy and the folks at Unique Custom Collision really took care of us. The only drawback was it was a little further a drive than other shops, but worth it! Everyone else was going to take longer and insurance wasn't paying out like they should (also didn't have much time bc we had short duration on our rental and wife/kids needed the car) but Jimmy gave us a great deal and got us in fast then communicated the entire way. A couple parts got hung up and he bent over backwards trying to find them. Then let us know as soon as he did that it might be a couple more days than he originally told us (still faster than other shops). As for the work, I actually waited to write this because I have had other work look good at first only to realize later that parts/work were inferior. But after a number of months everything is working and looking as it should. We will be back.”

I purchased the plug and play monitor to replace my old one in our 2007 Winnebago Adventurer and it was truly plug and play. Had it mounted and installed in less than 30 minutes. Works fabulously well. I could have spent a little less at the online store but I would still be running cables for the cameras or otherwise stripping wires and rewiring things. When they say plug and play they mean plug and play. Great product!”

Dale helped up every step of the way, from selecting the color, stitching, etc. One of the seats was customized. The other two were Alea seats. All came out beautiful, and completed on time.
