“Today, I had to replace a battery in my recently deceased Mother's car.
I was both professionally and politely assisted by Tyrel P. and the knowledgeble young lady M.O.D., I was completely bewildered, yet I couldn't have had a better experience. Their kindness and patience saved me from a lengthy drive to the Zachary dealership, for an anticipated long wait assistance.
This was my 1st experience with Advance Auto Parts, but it will definitely not be my last.

“My Cadillac DTS was totaled in December 2019, but had no mechanical damage, and after the holidays I had it towed to Burbank Paint and Body on Burbank. After almost a month of replacing the bumpers and matching the paint perfectly, it looked brand new. They not only did a very fine job, but charged me less than what the insurance paid me. I now have some scrapes on the bumpers and will take my car to them only. I'm really sorry C&R owners have retired and sold out. I hope Bruno will find someone as competent to take over the business. I highly recommend them as not only being competent, but they are super friendly and easy to work with. If you need paint or body work on your vehicle, check them out. You won't be disappointed I promise.”

“Stopped by O'Reilly's to pick up some brakes for the challenger. I'm always prepared, so I went online beforehand to get the part number in advance. Time is money lol. Anywho, I put my car information in and it gave me several options to pick from. I picked one and headed to O'Reilly's. I was greeted by Mr.Arick and he asked how could he assist me? I gave him the part number and he entered the numbers into the system. It was a smooth transaction. Once I received the brakes, I went back to the automobile shop to get the brakes replaced. When I got there, it was the wrong part of course. Just my luck. I went back into the store and Mr. Arick greeted me again and asked what happened? I informed him that I got the wrong parts and needed to exchange them out. Once again, no complaints, he exchanged the brakes for the correct set and I was out the door again in no time. I appreciate great customer service from time to time. I definitely will be back to spend my monies here! I gave 4 stars, because O'Reilly's online system is trash lol. I Appreciate the quality service again Mr.Arick!!”

“Was sent here by another mechanic that claimed they could not fix my car. The tech on site came out and diagnosed my issue immediately and told me it was just my compressor. He told me what to do to stop the noise and did not charge me a diagnostic fee. He said they didn't work on compressors and gave me advice on who to see. The 5 stars are for the free diagnostic and quick understanding of what was wrong. The other mechanic didn't take the time to do that. Just a little care goes a long way.”

“Great people!! They made me feel like i was family versus a customer. Their patient and willing to work with you. I had to leave out of town before i got my car back. Therefore i wasn’t able to get my car myself. He explained how the shop was small and my car was taking up space. I was having trouble finding somebody to pick it up for me. Out the kindness of his heart he let me keep it there for two days. I still had no one to pick up??♂️ he offered to drop it off for me. The owner and his wife both drove to my apartment and brought it back for me. Really cool and lovely people! and not to mention the body work looks spanking brand new.
