A bunch of codes came up and told me the it was a sensor and couple of spark plugs and ignition coils went bad. They corrected the problem for a good price. Just for the record, Burbank Paint and Body is separate from C and R, which specializes in mechanical issues. They will work together if you have both mechanical and body damage so you only need to drop off your car once.”

“Stopped by O'Reilly's to pick up some brakes for the challenger. I'm always prepared, so I went online beforehand to get the part number in advance. Time is money lol. Anywho, I put my car information in and it gave me several options to pick from. I picked one and headed to O'Reilly's. I was greeted by Mr.Arick and he asked how could he assist me? I gave him the part number and he entered the numbers into the system. It was a smooth transaction. Once I received the brakes, I went back to the automobile shop to get the brakes replaced. When I got there, it was the wrong part of course. Just my luck. I went back into the store and Mr. Arick greeted me again and asked what happened? I informed him that I got the wrong parts and needed to exchange them out. Once again, no complaints, he exchanged the brakes for the correct set and I was out the door again in no time. I appreciate great customer service from time to time. I definitely will be back to spend my monies here! I gave 4 stars, because O'Reilly's online system is trash lol. I Appreciate the quality service again Mr.Arick!!”

“Even though there was a decent sized crowd, I didn't have to wait for service as there were several employees working the counter. You could hear that the interactions betww the customers and staff were friendly and upbeat.Prices are fair and on par with auto zone for batteries. The shelves were stocked, organized and clean. It could be have been easier to track down upholstery/trim fasteners, but it wasn't frustratingly hard either.”

“Didn't have battery I needed in Plaquemine, had to drive to Port Allen, clerk there had issues finding correct battery for my car in system until she pulled my VIN#, I also needed wipers for my car which I went to pick out but she followed me and I felt rushed to pick something when I basically knew what I was looking for and just needed a few minutes to pick out what I wanted, plus she started pushing me to buy washer fluid, which I told her I don't use that, which she kept questioning and suggesting other options when I told her I have something else, then she pushed me to ask my friend if she needed washer fluid because it was on sale. Then after all that she tried to change my battery but couldn't get the last part loose because she said she didn't have the right tool there because they get stolen. I ended up having my SIL change it and driving back next day to return old battery for core.”

“This is the 2nd Performance Auto Body my work has referred me to (as I have a fleet car). I'd easily give both 5 star reviews. Obviously, I have no clue about coat comparisons, but as for customer service, they've both been great. About a month ago, I turned onto a street that had a manhole protruding upward that ripped off my undercarriage of my small car. My fleet company told me this was the closest contracted place, so I called and they were able to help immediately. Justin removed the covering (thank God it was a quick but temporary fix so I could go about my work day) then coordinated with my fleet company to get the part approved and ordered. That part took a while, but I'm sure it was nothing against Performance. I called a few times while waiting on the part and was told they were waiting on my fleet company. Once it was approved and the part came in, Performance called me to let me know. I called the day I was able to come, and they easily fit me in to pop the part back on. Wonderful to work with and very professional. I definitely recommend the Plaquemine and Gonzales locations of Performance and would choose them again in a heartbeat.”
