“Doc told me it might take a couple weeks to get my specialty prescription approved and to me. I found Avita through my insurance website. Called them and gave them the info. They called me the next day (Monday) and got info for processing. They called me Tuesday to tell me it was approved and would ship the next day and arrive Thursday. When I gave them my address, they said “oh, it’ll be there via courier tomorrow”. 3 business days after I got my script on something that normally takes weeks to get right (and I had read that about it), I had my first dose. They were really friendly, and I didn’t even have to go to the store front a single time. Very helpful. They told me “we’ll call you next month to schedule delivery”. Hope my experience with them continues just like this!”

“My PCP ordered IV fluids to be administered at home and BioScrip Infusion Services was the company that was referred to me by Amedysis HH. I worked with Adam, the pharmacist, who made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I understood how to use the equipment. He contacted me to see how many bags of IV fluids I had left so I wouldn’t run out. I am extremely satisfied with their company and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services and I will definitely use them again in the future if needed!”
“Brown’s Pharmacy is amazing. I met April years ago while I was waiting in an hour+ long line to pick up a prescription at Walgreens. She introduced herself and mentioned you don’t have to wait in line at Brown’s. I made the switch, and not only I have I never waited to pick up a prescription, but April and her team go above and beyond to fill prescriptions quickly, take the time to walk you through dosing instructions, and have literally delivered medicine for my 8-month old child to my front door on a rainy night. Brown’s treats you like family, and I will never use a different pharmacy. Can’t recommend highly enough!”

“For several years I went to a smaller family owned pharmacy but was told due to the medicine I needed they were actually losing money to keep me as a customer. So from there I was forced back to the big chain pharmacy I dreaded. I have a new Dr who recommended Genoa and I couldn’t be happier. From the 1st phone call they have been so pleasant to deal with. It’s been a long time since I have even have been helped over the phone by someone so kind and professional. They have handled all my needs quickly and never made me feel as though I was a bother and most importantly they have my medicine in stock. Highly recommend!! Truly thank you Genoa for being a part of the solution in today’s world. HIGHLY recommend!!”
“Been going there for about 15 years. Absolutely love them and the mom and pop feel. They are quick service and know they know who I am. Never get close to that at Walgreens. In the last couple of years it has went downhill some as they got busier and don’t know if new owners but seems so. The customer service reps are different each week, think they rotate from other stores owned by the owner. It takes away some of the personable attention and them knowing you type of service that had been there for years with having the same customer service person all the time. The pharmacist is nice enuff but got used to previous pharmacist who knew me and would say hi each time I walked thru the door. I still love their level of service and no doubt 5 star service but do think there’s room for improvement if they want to keep their mom and pop feel.”
