3500 Northeast Evangeline Thruway Unit B, Carencro LA 70520
“Outstanding customer service, clean store, and later hours (open til 6:30pm). All other drop off locations close at 5pm-impossible to get there after work to send package out on Monday afternoon. Entire staff was friendly, working, and seemed genuinely happy to be there providing exceptional customer service. I was highly impressed - a huge difference from our local drop off location where I feel as if I am more of an unwelcome annoyance than a customer. I will gladly drive the extra 16 minutes to Carencro for the more convenient later hours, amazingly easy (no stress) experience, and outstanding service provided. The super clean, well lit store with ample parking was the perfect topping on a very pleasurable shopping experience. Go Big Brown!”

“This is my favorite place to make Amazon returns! The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and the process is super quick. If you don’t know how to do something, they take the time to explain it to you with a lot of patience. They also offer many other useful services, including shipping and packing, printing and copying, notarizing documents, private mailboxes, faxing, scanning, and document shredding. You can even get boxes and packing supplies if you need to ship something. I really like how convenient everything is in one place, and the customer service here makes a big difference. I always have a great experience and highly recommend this location!”

“The UPS store closes at 6:30 and not realizing that, i barely made it b4 the doors were locked. I was ecstatic I made it, only to be told it was a FedEx package and needed to go to FedEx to drop it off. The worker is the one who noticed, and even directed me to the nearest place I could drop it off for FedEx. Very nice and helpful.”

“Yes, this is a real post office! Nicest guy working at the front right now, with a pleasant attitude. He helped me get my a tricky address situation straightened out. I appreciated his initiative and problem solving on my behalf.”
