“I had an issue with the gate code; the lady who assisted me recognized me from many previous visits. Actually, she had a package that was misdelivered and asked if it was in my daughter’s unit. She went out of her way to assist and reassure me that everything was okay. She gets 10 stars!!!”

“The lady that works at the self storage place was amazing. She is very punctual, they open at 9:30 am. and I had a pick up at that same time. When I arrived she was there all drives up, cleaning the back of the truck. She is very diligent, she did the paperwork in no time, therefore I hit the road ten minutes after.
She was very nice. She was friendly and courteous.
When I came to return the truck, she just jumped out of her seat and checked everything and did my invoice quickly. I am guessing that she could be the owner because she really cares.”

“The storage unit was available to rent and move in on the weekend which helped me tremendously.
The staff I spoke with were very professional and helpful, the units were clean and accurate to what I rented. The only downside to the storage facility is that you couldn't drive a loop around so I had to back up to get out of the alley. However I would still recommend this storage facility to a friend.”

“If you are in need of storage space, look no further than Melancon’s. These wonderful, Christian ladies took care of my every need. When my husband had unexpected, emergency surgery, they held my unit until I could make arrangements. When we vacated the unit, my furniture was exactly like it was when we moved it there. Every conversation was kind and professional.
Overall, service that is rare and very special in today’s world!”

“My boss ended up having me leave our tour bus in Louisiana for 2 weeks instead of me driving it back to naples florida. We ended up finding this facility the owner Scott was very accommodating with our last minute plans and even offered to take me to the airport and pick me back up in 2 weeks from the airport witch I feel is him going above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my company will keep using this facility as temp storage for our vehicles when we're far from home Thanks Scott”

“I’m very happy with the storage facilities. Site is always clean and maintained. Facility is secure with a gate requiring a passcode to enter the facility and passcode entry into the storage building.
Easy loading and unloading via the raised unloading dock or the ground ramp. There is always a furniture dolly or flatbed dolly to move your items. The office person has always been reasonable with me. I’ve had several storage at several different chain facilities and this locally owned and operated business is the best one I’ve found.”
