“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jason at Extra Space Storage. We are a military family and had a lot of particulars to remain compliant with our paperwork for a unit to store our most loved items before we move overseas for the coming few years and he was over the top helpful in getting us everything we needed. Military moves are such a stressful process and he went above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible for us.
I was already familiar with Jason as my mom has rented a unit at the same facility for years...he's always so friendly and kind in passing and knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about the facility. When it came time to rent our own unit to relocate some of the items from my mom's unit to our own, he even went as far as finding me one on the same floor, as close as possible to my moms so we had the least amount of distance to relocate our large stored furniture. A HUGE blessing if you've ever tried to move heavy items up and down floors! It was clear that he truly cared about helping us rather than just making a sale.
Extra Space as a facility always feels safe, clean, secure, and well managed. In a time when great customer service can be so hard to find, Jason is the man you want helping you find the best unit at this location. His kindness, professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful life transition so much easier for our family. Extra Space is very lucky to have him managing their facility, and we can't thank him enough for all of his help. If you’re considering a storage unit, I highly recommend working with him!”

“The lady that works at the self storage place was amazing. She is very punctual, they open at 9:30 am. and I had a pick up at that same time. When I arrived she was there all drives up, cleaning the back of the truck. She is very diligent, she did the paperwork in no time, therefore I hit the road ten minutes after.
She was very nice. She was friendly and courteous.
When I came to return the truck, she just jumped out of her seat and checked everything and did my invoice quickly. I am guessing that she could be the owner because she really cares.”

“When I called, the kind lady at the front desk Linda answered. I asked for the price and said thank you. She then said "hey, if you are shopping around, make sure you ask about mandatory insurance, and administrative fees. A lot of other places will try and pull a fast one on you. They will require you buy their upcharged locks, or require you to purchase their insurance." and she was right. Having rented before at other places I had forgotten they do charge sometimes even more than the rental fee for administrative costs.You can tell by that, that they don't just look out for their own customers but they look out for people. It's a great locally owned business with great prices. They will let you see the unit before renting which some do not do (those that don't could be hiding rat waste or leaks, etc.) The place has cameras set up all over of course, and they even go and check every lock and gate every morning to make sure your stuff is still secure and hasn't been tampered with.Very good business. I would highly recommend for all your storage needs.”
“My boss ended up having me leave our tour bus in Louisiana for 2 weeks instead of me driving it back to naples florida. We ended up finding this facility the owner Scott was very accommodating with our last minute plans and even offered to take me to the airport and pick me back up in 2 weeks from the airport witch I feel is him going above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my company will keep using this facility as temp storage for our vehicles when we're far from home Thanks Scott”
