“The lady that works at the self storage place was amazing. She is very punctual, they open at 9:30 am. and I had a pick up at that same time. When I arrived she was there all drives up, cleaning the back of the truck. She is very diligent, she did the paperwork in no time, therefore I hit the road ten minutes after.
She was very nice. She was friendly and courteous.
When I came to return the truck, she just jumped out of her seat and checked everything and did my invoice quickly. I am guessing that she could be the owner because she really cares.”

“If you are in need of storage space, look no further than Melancon’s. These wonderful, Christian ladies took care of my every need. When my husband had unexpected, emergency surgery, they held my unit until I could make arrangements. When we vacated the unit, my furniture was exactly like it was when we moved it there. Every conversation was kind and professional.
Overall, service that is rare and very special in today’s world!”

“As.of now, the only thing I can review is the online rental process. I will update later after we have actually going to the facility and interacted with the office.
The online process was very user friendly. And provided all the information needed that answered my questions before I even thought of them to ask! I would highly recommend using The Storage Center based on this. As I have tried two other companies in the past and it was not anywhere as easy or without frustrations as this process was. I am very optimistic that this is just the start of a good business relationship with this company.”
“Danielle has been an absolute pleasure! She guided me perfectly and now I’m getting a new unit!! I would definitely recommend promoting her! Thank you!”
“I have had a very excellent experience with University Self Storage! The items I have stored appear to be in fine condition after many years of storage. The staff is always very kind and courteous. I recommend this place to all who need to store anything. the location is safe and it is high and dry, which is important in south Louisiana.”
“Units were very clean, office was very kind and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing some extra space to store some items.”
“Everything has been fine except for the night I was working in my unit and didn't realize I had to have a car to open the gate and get out We live nearby so my wife had to drive over and free me from my mistake. Not their fault but still.”
“When I called, the kind lady at the front desk Linda answered. I asked for the price and said thank you. She then said "hey, if you are shopping around, make sure you ask about mandatory insurance, and administrative fees. A lot of other places will try and pull a fast one on you. They will require you buy their upcharged locks, or require you to purchase their insurance." and she was right. Having rented before at other places I had forgotten they do charge sometimes even more than the rental fee for administrative costs. You can tell by that, that they don't just look out for their own customers but they look out for people. It's a great locally owned business with great prices. They will let you see the unit before renting which some do not do (those that don't could be hiding rat waste or leaks, etc.) The place has cameras set up all over of course, and they even go and check every lock and gate every morning to make sure your stuff is still secure and hasn't been tampered with.Very good business. I would highly recommend for all your storage needs.”

“My boss ended up having me leave our tour bus in Louisiana for 2 weeks instead of me driving it back to naples florida. We ended up finding this facility the owner Scott was very accommodating with our last minute plans and even offered to take me to the airport and pick me back up in 2 weeks from the airport witch I feel is him going above and beyond the call of duty. I feel my company will keep using this facility as temp storage for our vehicles when we're far from home Thanks Scott”

“I had an issue with the gate code; the lady who assisted me recognized me from many previous visits. Actually, she had a package that was misdelivered and asked if it was in my daughter’s unit. She went out of her way to assist and reassure me that everything was okay. She gets 10 stars!!!”
