The most impactful experience I had was picking up my debit card in person. I was warmly greeted by Ms. Idella as soon as I entered the building and she was very professional and inviting. “Really great place to bank, they have enough branches so you are really close to one, if you need. The staff is always nice and helpful. Plus they just upgraded their ATM's and you can do really anything from them. I just wish they had branches closer to the Denham Springs area, that would be really nice. Other than that, I would DEFF recommend UCB!”

“Red River Bank provides great customer service. I have had several people ask me who do I bank with I tells them to go to Red River and trust me they are very pleased as well with the service. I always would go to the Essen Lane location and there is a teller there that were oh so sweet she would always smile and be so polite, lol and give the candy out, her name was Mrs. Helen, lately I found out she is in retirement.
