“This bank is super awesome . Main Street location is the one to go to . Service is so genuine . Even when they are busy they make sure your needs are met. Online bank can improve on being able to add checks etc but that's my only input . Not even a con. I had to open an account with efcu , horrible. So horrible , I'm writing a review of how great zacharys bank is. Every month I will be taking out my paychecks and putting it in zacharys bank . Just because of their service . Great job.”

“It was my first time visiting this bank and Miss Frazier (Financial Services Specialist II) gave me the best customer service I have seen so far in Louisiana. She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This office gives better service than the one in Baker, it was worth the additional few minutes drive. The rest of the staff was very kind as well. Totally recommend it!”

“The tellers are always polite even when faced with many customers. I tend to not have to wait more than 5-8 minutes even when heading here around 5 when people are coming from work. Easy location right off of Main Street opposite corner from Taco Bell and Burger King. The ATM outside of but attached to the main building is a covered room which can be used after hours.”

“So with COVID going on, I believe the lobby is closed. I went down Carpenter this morning and saw that the drive thru was full. Let's say about five cars in the small drive way, and four more sitting on Carpenter.In the time it took for car number eight to get into the small driveway, I:-Sat for about ten minutes then,-Decided to download the mobile app-Incorrectly put in my password about five times-Reset my password-Failed an attempt to successfully deposit my check-Took more pictures and then succeeded on my second try to deposit the check.5/5 stars for finally convincing me that mobile deposit is the way to go and keeping me from pulling into that drive thru.”

“My family has done business with this bank for a while and never had any problems. For a while I also had a savings account with them but have moved on. It was an easy process to meet with one of the bankers and get that setup, also was easy to close it out eventually! Their hours could be longer for convenience but we just make it work. I also see a lot of customers at my job who have cards from this bank so it seems to do pretty well in the community.”
