“This bank is super awesome . Main Street location is the one to go to . Service is so genuine . Even when they are busy they make sure your needs are met. Online bank can improve on being able to add checks etc but that's my only input . Not even a con. I had to open an account with efcu , horrible. So horrible , I'm writing a review of how great zacharys bank is. Every month I will be taking out my paychecks and putting it in zacharys bank . Just because of their service . Great job.”

“I can't say enough about the Zachary, Louisiana location. I had a major problem that they resolved that very day regarding a vendor who was unethical. That was important to me because Im relocating and I needed help. Everyone in this branch was professional and made me feel like they were on my side and they got the job done. They listened and took action. I initially was going to close my account because of a interaction with another location which wasn't positive but this branch made me feel so supported I decided to keep them even though I won't be in the area. Thanks to the entire group at the Zachary location!”

“Update: I have since went twice to this branch to make a wire transfer which can only be done by certain personnel. The first time I tried they told me the only person authorized to do this was at lunch and should be back soon. Well 30 minutes later I had to leave because of another appt. and the banker had not returned yet. Today I went in again at 10am and was told the banker was in the back counting money. I asked how long she would be and they said they didn’t know and they could not contact her.
I left and had to drive to another branch. If you need to do business in the lobby I suggest calling to make sure someone is there to help!
My first review was from a Saturday and the lobby was closed but the tellers were great!
I’ve always gotten prompt, friendly service! Last weekend I had an issue with my card and went to the branch to take care of it. The lobby was closed so I went to the drive through and the two ladies working there went above and beyond to help get the issue resolved. Thank you!”

“The tellers are always polite even when faced with many customers. I tend to not have to wait more than 5-8 minutes even when heading here around 5 when people are coming from work. Easy location right off of Main Street opposite corner from Taco Bell and Burger King. The ATM outside of but attached to the main building is a covered room which can be used after hours.”
