“The owner of this store is very kind. We initially felt awkward going into a baby store to get Ricky the rain frog (Jellycat plush), but the owner conversed with us and I found a fellow Boston terrier lover. While I wasn’t shopping for a kid today, I found the store to be cute and well laid out. Definitely consider this small business if you’re in need of quality items for your child or if you’re looking for a specific Jellycat plush!”

“Now THIS is customer service! My son wears a brace on his left leg. This is permanent and not from a temporary injury. School Time's owner, Jeff, took personal care of making sure my son's uniform pants could fit over the brace. A small strip had to be added to the inseam on one leg in order for this to happen. Jeff not only personally called me with updates, he personally DELIVERED the pants to us at my home to make sure they fit properly over the brace. And he only charged the standard hemming fee. I'm so thankful for his time and dedication to making sure my son is comfortable at school!”

“I was looking for school uniforms for boys. That section was a total wreck. I understand it's the customers that just aren't considerate and don't think they should put things back where they belong or put back neatly because "oh, the employees work here and that's their job'. Shame on them. I found 1 shirt and 1 shorts. I brought them home and my son is only 4 and can't do the snap on the shorts, so I ordered the latch hook type from Amazon. I'll be returning the 2 items I bought. The employees weren't very helpful, I will say that. It's unfortunate that I had a bad experience, except for the girls at check out. They were very nice and pleasant to speak with.”

“We needed a bow for a special day at dance and they let my daughter design her own. I can't tell you how tickled she is about this. She has told just about everyone we have seen since walking out the door of the shop that she is a “bow designer†and proudly shows the bow. Super sweet owners and I'm so happy we walked in!”

“Ive had scrubs and jackets dropped off here for embroidery. The prices are fair, the staff is friendly, the quality is great, and you dont have to wait a week to get the finished product! Will definitely be back when I need more work done!”
