“I stored household items and furniture at College Drive Mini Storage for 6 years. My belongings were well-kept in this storage facility over the years. I appreciated the good A/C, the clean restroom, and the ease of pulling my car up to the secured door for easy loading/unloading. Over the 6 years there were minimal price increases (if any!) which I only came to appreciate when I learned that most facilities hike rates every 6 months. I would definitely store at CDMS again and would recommend to others. The staff is very friendly as well and the office is located adjacent to the units.”
“I had multiple pods delivered to and picked up from a residence about 30 minutes outside of Baton Rouge. This review is for Chris Head. Chris was amazing! He backed down a long single-car driveway and in between trees (that were thankfully tall enough) to deliver the pods. And he was kind about it. When he arrived, I had workers here, which were unexpected when I scheduled the pod. We ended up having to park it differently than I had planned, which meant turning the door around to face the other direction. He did not complain; he just worked magic to make it work. Another time, I couldn't get the door open on a pod that had been delivered. He literally crawled into the container to help me get the door unstuck. Simply amazing!
I will be leaving a separate review for another delivery that was supposed to happen today. Chris deserves 10 stars, so I'm doing this one just for him.”

“The manager up front was truly amazing and accommodating. She was so friendly and helpful.This would be a 5 star other than when you go after hours there is only one cart to use. Having to haul all your boxes and stuff without a cart was an experience I never want to have again.”
