“Jacki did great setting everything up to get my car in, Mr. Ricky assured me on their work--which is awesome, looks like a new paint job & they even cleaned the inside, I apologize I don't quite remember the name of the other lady working in the office, but she made sure to let me know when it was ready for pickup and got insurance supplement straight . Overall good experience from start to finish!”
“This is a stand up place to have auto body work done. They took care of the little rust spot on my truck and color matched it perfectly. On top of the QUALITY work done, the final cost was LESS than originally quoted! That says these guys are honest and not trying to rip anyone off, to me.”
“Automasters did a great job with our vehicles. Terry regularly called with updates. He was able to get all the necessary parts. The work was top knotch. We will definitely recommend his business to anyone needing body work.”
“If need anything to do with your cars body, they have it. It's a family owned company which is nice. The owners are always there. Great prices also. Very knowledgeable!!”
“Miss Q was very helpful from start to finish. After testing my battery and doing a system check, it tested bad. Miss Q helped me to get a replacement battery and loaned me some tools to replace it. All while being couteous. The reason I'm doing this survey is because of her outstanding customer service. NS”
“Went to the store on Paris Rd in Chalmette La, to change out a starter the 2 guys in there went out of there way test my starter that I had just purchased even tho it passed on their tester against a new one out of the box, so I salute those 2 guys for going out of their way to make it right...”

“Although deserving of a lengthy, detailed review, my experience with Lang Bro's can be summed up in a single word: STELLAR! Not only is everyone there professional, thorough and accountable, they're some of the nicest people I've ever met or had the pleasure of doing business with. They have absolutely earned a customer for life.”
“Herb was very helpful. He and his team went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Even assisted with body repairs and the initial job was under the hood work. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this company!Services: Auto engine diagnostic”
“Ms. Marcela was a god sent to come help a grandmother figure out what if anything was going on. Having door and a/c power issues. Ms Marcela presented with accuracy, kindness, and business balanced. I was so nervous and she really helped me in where and what to next to do and a sale was made primarily on her knowledge
Thanks Marcela!!!”
