The owner of the store personally delivered the mower to my house which was absolutely awesome. I'll never think twice about going to this specific true value for anything I need. Their tool selection is solid, although a few items didn’t stand out to me. One area of disappointment was their chainsaw selection, which was almost identical to Lowe’s. I’m not a fan of the market’s growing shift towards electric saws. Maybe I’m a bit old-fashioned, but I prefer shop tools that plug into the wall and outdoor tools that run on gas. Gas-powered tools remain more reliable in emergencies, like during power outages.
I had an interesting conversation with another customer about how electric chainsaws are reportedly causing safety concerns with chainsaw chaps failing—something worth noting if you’re shopping for one.
The staff was a mixed bag. While I found most employees distracted or unavailable, the cashier stood out for their friendliness and patience while helping me with my veteran discount. That level of service left a positive impression. Overall, it was a good visit, and I’d recommend this location for the deals and convenience.”

“I love mom and pop hardware stores, and the personal service! They don't have everything, but they probably have what you need. And they are conveniently located, at least for me. You can get in and out of a place like this, with the personal service, quickly and easily. Patronize these stores so we'll always have them, they are gems.”
