I was having problems with my old phone that was a few years old. So metro sold me a new phone. Having problems since day one. So on the 7th day I wanted my money back or a new phone. They are ordering me a new one but I have to pay for shipping and activation. Just doesn't feel right

I was sure that my ZTE phone was dead and beyond repair! Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was able to fix my phone and explain what I could do in the future. Other carriers would have looked at how long I have had my phone and suggested replacement along with a lengthy financial commitment. Great service!
