The person on the phone tried to get my grandparents to commit to an internet plan they did not ask for. We decided to come in to the store to figure out what was going on. The sales associate, Jonathan, was very helpful in looking over our account and getting us on the best plan for us. He was very transparent and upfront about everything on our account. We really appreciated all of the help he and his manager amazing, Dalisha, were able to provide! The store was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back for all our need!!”

“Great customer service! I stopped in this location because I heard great things about Ahmad. While I chose to stop there on my way home form work at 4:45PM, that was my decision and I expected to wait. I waited about 10-15 minutes because there were a few customers there before me but my experience was well worth it. I left at 5:35PM with a new phone. The longest part was transferring my info over to the new phone. Ahmad provided great customer service and the other team members were doing a wonderful job as well. Great location. Would recommend to anyone.”
