I was having problems with my old phone that was a few years old. So metro sold me a new phone. Having problems since day one. So on the 7th day I wanted my money back or a new phone. They are ordering me a new one but I have to pay for shipping and activation. Just doesn't feel right

The employees charge you more than what they're supposed to for phones and to activate a tablet that supposed to be free I got charged $55 and it's supposed to be $20 activation another time when I had to go pay the bill in the store because it couldn't get paid through my credit card cuz it didn't come in the mail the girl charged me a $20 convenience which wasn't convenient for me since I had to go borrow $20 more to pay my bill

This is the most horrible cell service I have ever been with. They lie about what you need for your phone and also about payments. Wouldn't recommend to a dam dog.

Very rude and short with answers like I was a bother. Not willing to explain how my new phone worked . Store was very clean. Purchased what I was told was a brand new phone but once I got home there were text messages on the phone and other information that had been left on the phone. It was not supposed to be a refurbished phone.

Bought a fun Friday and its not working right so I try to return it Monday. I haven't even made a call because it wasn't working. The receipt says they expect returns but when I get there they refuse to refund all my money I paid 187 dollars and all they wanted to give me is 60 dollars. SoNow I'm outta the money and still have no phone.

Be AWARE! They will add things like cases to your bill then tell you its included. You will pick one out, You will pay then have to ask for a receipt and when you get outside realize they charge you $35 for a cheap a** case. Go back inside ask about the "included" case and get told pretty much "oh well, i gave you the total. And NO you cant return it". Never Again.

the sales rep was not very knowledgeable about the services and very misleading. when i asked questions about my plan he didnt seem like he knew what we was talking about. go to the one in Arabi store instead.

I was sure that my ZTE phone was dead and beyond repair! Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was able to fix my phone and explain what I could do in the future. Other carriers would have looked at how long I have had my phone and suggested replacement along with a lengthy financial commitment. Great service!

Greatest cell service I've ever experienced. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Denise and Gil answered all of my questions and did it with a friendly smile. I switched over from another provider and they were able to keep my phone number and transfer all of my contacts. Go check these guys out
