“Great place with employees who are very helpful. I use them as my firearm FFL dealer for transfers and they are convenient and professional. I can say that I had very little experience with “pawn shops” before this one. This place changed my perception of what a “pawn shop” looks like on the inside. I expected some run down Grungy place. But pawn depot is very clean and organized and far exceeds my expectations each time. Easy 5 star score from me.”

“I don't understand people's expectations. It's a pawn shop. It's used items. Either you want it or you don't ?. I've never experienced bad customer service here. However, I've witnessed impatient people/customers who clearly come with certain expectations that might not be met. If that's the case, then just go buy your items new or sell them elsewhere. It's that simple.”
