“The post office operates fine. Usually the packages arrive and are available timely. However, if you have issues with missing packages or delays, the fault is with the delivery services. If you use Amazon delivery, it will autocorrect the last 4 digits of your zip code to 70148-3520 when the real delivery route should be 70148-0001. If Amazon detects you are a p.o box they will send you on the 3-5 day usps shipping. The problem occurs when the website does not detect that your address is a p.o box address, and you might get a carrier that is not USPS, which is the only one that guaranteed delivers to p.o. box. Many drivers do not deliver to p.o boxes because they're used to boxes that don't accept parcels from other carriers except usps. The problem worsens with Amazon drivers, who are contracted. They barely get paid a livable wage (many times Amazon was sued for paying drivers under minimum wage even), and must deliver lots of packages as fast as they can to make a living, to the point where they may have to pee in bottles rather than stop. Amazon tracks their eye movements, if they drink coffee, everything, and even outside of driving and doing their job, they to have specific nail length, social media posting, lots of dictated things and none of the benefits of employees as they are contractors. If your packages end up delivered at all, your they might end up in Privateer place or some other place. That's what happened to my package, when I checked the map and the exact location. Hopefully it will reach the UNO post office.Edit: You can change the last 4 digits by changing address 1 and then reentering the zip code until it eventually works.”

“I came to this office to inquire about the passport renewal process, and Ms. Rhonda, at the front desk was amazing! She was unable to assist with the process, but she was kind enough to share the "Best kept secret with me" and I knew where to go to acquire the help I needed! When I return to have it posted, she made sure everything was taken care of, and She is one of a kind! Ms. Demy was also as helpful; so, don't hesitate to ask them if you needed assistance. “I love this post office, its never crowded, friendly staff,and I've had no issues with packages. The only downside is the business hours they open late and close early. They are not open even 5 hours a day. Other than that, I love them”

“This is not a USPS services center, it is a USPS vehicle maintenance center. You cannot pick up mail or ship anything here. “I went in very unprepared and had forgotten to fill out the return addresses on both boxes then covered with tape. A young woman with light brown braids helped me out, provided a permanent marker and taped over the address so it wouldn't get smudged. Very quick and convenient. I went around 2:30 on a Tuesday. “I visit this Post Office to retrieve our organization's mail from the PO Box. Pretty busy PO and and small. Never used their services but there is usually a pretty long line. I am glad they are open 24/7. However, I was disappointed when I wanted to visit our PO Box one Sunday and there was a squatter sitting on a paint bucket, and of course in front of the box I wanted to access. I just left and came back during normal hours. Other than that, the location is kept up fairly well and our mail is place neatly in the box.”

“4 star, not 5 because of the misdelivery of my mail, but read on. Went in and showed a printout from my Informed Delivery stating a very important piece of mail from my attorney had been delivered yesterday to my mailbox, but it wasn't there. (Wendy) was super helpful! She drove out to my mailbox (clusterbox) and after a thorough search, actually found it in the clusterbox next to mine! I am super thankful! I would also like to note that there was a wonderful teller who actually offered to (and did) help an elderly gentleman fill out some paperwork that he was having trouble figuring out. She was very kind and patient with him and that was just plain nice and refreshing to see. I wish I'd gotten her name as well. All in all, there are at least two very kind and helpful women who work here and I wanted them to know they are appreciated!”
