The young girl talked to me about several brands of shoes that are better equipped than Nike. Finally went for the New Balance and really felt instantly better! “This was a great experience from the first call to final pick up. My son is getting married and I have special needs when it comes to clothing do to health issues. There was no judgment made me feel at home explained everything in detail I couldn't have asked for anything more...and I didn't have to chandler was the person that handled all measuring fitting so on..I thought we was done then the owner and the master Taylor came discuss just to make sure I was 100 % satisfied..this happened not 1 time not 2 times but all 3 sessions..if I ever need something else done there is no where else I would go!”

“I had a good experience here at the Louis Vuitton store. I was greeted as I walked in and was served from beginning to end. Purchased my item and left with a smile ?. Can it get any better⁉️ ??
However, it's funny that some of reviews that speak on how their service was not so great, I can low-key see it. I didn't experience it directly, but I can see it. The only person that spoke to me was in fact the person that greeted me. No other staff members said hello, or good afternoon as they walked by. Now the Louis Vuitton in New York definitely gives a different level of vibe and service. Everyone in the store speaks to you, whether they are serving you or not. Pleasant smiles makes the sale and the experience even better. Staff must realize they don't sell Louis Vuitton, it sells itself. 95% of the consumers who come in already know what they want and exactly how much it is. You're there to seal the deal, with a smile.
But again my experience was good, I just noticed a thing or two. Ijs. Have a great day!!”
