Hog Head cheese purchased in the grocery store was bland and disappointing.

Tried both the original and green onion. Love the smoke flavor. Makes awesome red beans and rice! Please don’t ever change the recipe! A hot sausage would be something for y’all to consider making, just saying. Not buying any other brand!
