Great experience at AutoZone off Hwy 21 in Covington. The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. I needed new windshield wipers for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and they quickly helped me find the correct Bosch wipers for my vehicle.
They didn’t just point me toward the right aisle—they came outside and installed them for me right on the spot. Quick, easy, friendly, and professional. This is exactly what good customer service is supposed to look like.

“I can't say enough great things about Cody at Advanced Auto Parts! He went above and beyond what I ever expected. Not only did he take care of my warranty replacement without any hassle, but he personally delivered the new part to the repair shop where my truck was being worked on. To make things even easier, he brought the old part back with him so it could be returned to the manufacturer for the warranty claim.
Customer service like this is incredibly rare these days. Cody made a stressful and expensive repair so much easier by genuinely caring and taking the extra time to help. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

“Nathan is the best employee that any corporate entity could ever be blessed with. If I wasn’t indecisive he would’ve gotten all one hundred and twenty eight dollars and some odd cents that I spent on things for my lovely to change the oil in my chariot. Now having the less than desirable experience I did with Take 5 oil, when December rolls around as it inevitably will, my lovely and I will be marching in sync back into this establishment. We will be expectant to see Nathan as our cashier. We even got to meet his father at the other autozone across town which is where I returned all the things I bought from Nathan. There was a full circle moment and we found that John Woodside III and Terry Autozone are in kahoots! Had a great adventure. Terry did basically steal about 20 bucks from me indirectly, but I’ll let him have it. He deserves it for being an amazing employee and father. Thank you autozone. I left Nathan a cheeky nickel for his trouble. My mortal enemy coincidentally has the same name, but Nathan S at autozone on 190, golly did he mollywop my disposition back into place for Nathans. I will leave you with one piece of advice, no, two.. no… three!!! 1. If you drive a ford f350 please change your oil by yourself.
2. If your man is playing Fortnite while on video call with you, dump him before he makes it your fault
3. DEMAND Nathan s as your cashier.

“My wife and I were very surprised when we came to pick up our 7/8 year old Honda CR-V. Neither one of us expected to find it looking brand new after a rear end collision ! We both realized it was pretty badly damaged and did not expect to get it back not only completely fixed cosmetically and functionally, but fully cleaned both inside and out . You all obviously went above and beyond the call of duty.

“Eddie Tourelle’s Northpark Nissan Service Departed never disappoints. I originally scheduled my appointment with Service Advisor Jamie Snyder on April 28th for a next day appointment on April 29th. I needed an Oil/Filter change plus my passenger side rear door looked at for a discrepancy. On the 29th, I was assisted by Service Advisor David Zoller and my experience with them both is always the best. David checked out the issue and off it went for service. He kept me abreast every hour of the service progress and other services needed for my truck. Once done he took the time to explain to me in detail all services provided and future service recommendations. Always great service here and look forward for my next visit.

On November 4, 2025, I came in for a scheduled 65,000 mile maintenance. My Service Advisor was Jamie Snyder and as always “first class” service. The service took less than three hours and Jamie made sure that I was informed every step of the process including any additional recommendations that my vehicle needed. I’m definitely happy with the services that are provided at Northpark Nissan and their exceptional team of Service Advisors and Technicians. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to my next visit.”
