The GM needs to go and the DM doesn't listen to the employees when they all tell him that something needs to be done!2021UPDATE this location is now under new and better Management! Richard and his crew are running this location better than the last Manager! Anyone that has ever had a bad experience here please give this new Manager and his Team a chance to WOW you!2023Richard is still at it as General Manager at this location so that says a lot! If anyone hasn't stopped by to give them another chance since they finally weeded out the bad apples that were brought over from another company that had nothing to do with the automotive industry then stop by and let them know your there for another chance! Tell them I sent you! If you don't have a great experience or at least better than before let me know on here and I'll try to make sure to help fix the situation and hopefully make things right! I've been a customer of Advance for almost 30 years and that's just under that name! “We have lived in the area a couple of years and our Altima has been serviced by Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan in Covington during that time. We've had brakes replaced and new tires, as well as a couple of oil changes. I must admit, I had avoided dealerships for years due to a some bad experiences in the past; being overcharged for routine services and having unnecessary repairs recommended. My experience at Eddie Tourelle's has been quite different. Logical, honest advice on repairs is given and work is well explained, with service being quick and expertly done. Staff exudes a high degree of professionalism and yet are friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. As we are soon leaving on an extended trip, I scheduled a safety check-up today (brakes, tires, spare, fluids, etc.) which was completed in a few hours at NO CHARGE. Brian was our service advisor and he provided excellent service. Based on our experience, we are pleased to recommend Eddie Tourelle's Northpark Nissan for your maintenance needs.”
