“I came in with a white, 30-year-old Toyota SR 5 extend cab pick up (before Tacoma) with 130 K miles that needed a repaint face lift. I was quoted $5K plus I lost use of the truck for 3 weeks. I asked if they could procure an after market rear bumper and replace it. The truck I was handed back was transformed: a few dents and dingles fixed, beautiful new paint job, self selected side decals, and a new rear bumper. I assumed door jams were included and asked about painting the truck bed under an OEM liner. I love my old truck and B-imports vividly transformed it for the next 130K miles. I am very happy with their work.”

I told her my name, she retieved the part and gave me a receipt and told me to have a nice day. We spoke for a minute or two, very pleasant conversation. “Eddie Tourelle’s Northpark Nissan Service Departed never disappoints. I originally scheduled my appointment with Service Advisor Jamie Snyder on April 28th for a next day appointment on April 29th. I needed an Oil/Filter change plus my passenger side rear door looked at for a discrepancy. On the 29th, I was assisted by Service Advisor David Zoller and my experience with them both is always the best. David checked out the issue and off it went for service. He kept me abreast every hour of the service progress and other services needed for my truck. Once done he took the time to explain to me in detail all services provided and future service recommendations. Always great service here and look forward for my next visit.

On November 4, 2025, I came in for a scheduled 65,000 mile maintenance. My Service Advisor was Jamie Snyder and as always “first class” service. The service took less than three hours and Jamie made sure that I was informed every step of the process including any additional recommendations that my vehicle needed. I’m definitely happy with the services that are provided at Northpark Nissan and their exceptional team of Service Advisors and Technicians. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to my next visit.”
“The car was fixed and cleaner than I can remember it being. That's not why I'm writing the review. Every once in a blue moon I get to do business with a relative or close friend and walk away wishing the world of business worked that way. Well that's how they made me feel, and that's why I am doing a review. Lexie, Ryan, and Corey are the 3 people I clearly remember dealing with. I never had to wait, even when customers were being assisted in front of me. Someone would pop out of some corner to make sure I was taken care of. Different days, several different stops..... same outcome every time. Their communication of what to expect, when to expect it to be completed, what was expected of me was all very cleary communicated. Then my rental company made an error(partially my fault as well) which caused a minor inconvenience to me, Daves collision employee's... multiple... including the owner started to try and take accountability for someone elses mistake. That is a business that cares about people's experiences in my opinion.”
