“Always a pleasure to know I can trust my mechanic! I am grateful for the loyalty and excellent service from Riverside Auto, as always. Ok, so the above was an automatic choice, but it says exactly what I want to say! Nothing better than loving and trusting your mechanic!!! 10 stars. Riverside always goes above and beyond. Rick (the owner) was there late both nights I came working to get peoples cars finished. He really cares about people! Imagine that foreign concept in todays world. I LOVE this business because I love the people behind it!”

“During one of the hardest weeks of my life, a local business reminded me what community truly means. Three days before my husband's funeral, my car broke down. Already carrying the weight of grief, I found myself facing one more challenge that felt overwhelming. The team at Christian Brothers Automotive treated me with extraordinary compassion, kindness, and grace. Their actions during that difficult week reminded me that there are still people who see beyond a transaction and simply care for others. I won't soon forget the love they showed my family during a season of loss. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus and for reminding me that sometimes God places exactly the right people in our path at exactly the right time.”

“I want to start off by saying that Heidi at the front desk is absolutely amazing. She’s so friendly and helpful, and she made sure I understood every step of the process. I also really appreciated the consistent updates every Tuesday and Thursday so I always knew what to expect instead of sitting around wondering. Everyone did a fantastic job on my car which I super appreciate! It’s shiny again and looks completely brand new as I drove it off the lot. I genuinely recommend Car Craft for services!”

“My husband brought his 2018 Mazda CX-3 (small SUV) to Kevin to fix the A/C. The SUV had 100k miles on it but my husband had kept up with all maintenance so was planning on driving it another 30-50k miles before trading it in for a new car. Kevin explained to him that the part was a $40 part but where the part is located in the SUV it would take him (8) hours in labor just to get to where the part needed to be in order to fix the A/C on his car. So he would be looking at an $1200 bill minimum and he said in my opinion it’s not worth it for the short Amount of time he planned on keeping the car to just end up trading it in a year or two from now. How impressive is he! It seems (unfortunately) that one finds such an honest company/owner that takes more pride in honesty and doing great work and meanwhile building his business based on honesty like the owner of Covington Automotive. We have always gone to the dealership because of that very reason. We just moved back to Louisiana (I’m from here but we have lived in several states working-wife) and I just love that I’ve been gone for (25) years and Covington is still supporting companies like Covington Automotive not only for his incredible workmanship but his honesty. It was so heart warming to see the people of Covington/Northshore are still the great people that love giving their business to people like Kevin and Covington Automotive! Needless to say, we will no longer be going to the dealership for our car maintenance now that we have met Kevin and know our cars couldn’t be in better hands and how honest he is. I can tell you (speaking as the wife that changes cars every (3/4) years) I have never met any dealership that we went to in all the (4) different states we have lived in more honest that Covington Automotive. Not even close! We look forward to working with Kevin on all Of our car needs and thank you so much for your help and honesty. We do appreciate you! See you the next time either of our cars need your help. Take care!”

“Highly recommend! The windshield in my wife's car needed to be replaced and I wanted to use a local business (and not a national franchise). My neighbor recommended Auto Glass Unlimited. I drove out of my way to get the windshield replaced and I'm glad I did. They were professional and provided excellent customer service. I enjoyed the experience so much, I went back this morning and got the windshield in my car replaced.”

“I was scheduled quickly and maintenance was preformed while I waited. The staff was helpful and provided information for future maintenance. I will continue using Jefferson Auto Service for future service now that the warranty on my SUV has expired with the dealer. I can certainly recommend them.”

“I Was having multiple noticeable issues with my Honda civic, went to several other auto places who tried to put a quick bandaid & didn’t tell me the extent of my issues. Mr rock and his team were very honest with me and helped to the best of their ability! His goal wasn’t monetary gain, He was concerned for mine, as well as my baby’s safety on the road! It’s very hard to come by honest mechanics who really care about your safety and that of your vehicle and make sure everything’s 100%. By far the best and most honest mechanic I’ve ever been to! Thank you very much again to the team.”

“Love the energy and love the assistance this place gives to customers. They are very thorough and caring about the bike community and you wouldn’t find a place like this just anywhere. People are friendly and the “Atmosphere” screams bike lovers. They carry anything moto. I enjoy just walking in and saying hello. If you’re looking to get some info about your moto please stop here before you try another shop. I appreciate everything they do.”

“This place is GREAT! This owner Josh and his asst KIm saved my a!@#$! I just move into Covington area when one morning the power steering went out on my 2020 BMW with 43000 miles on it. I thought I was having a stroke...but lucky for me it was the power steering. well I called the only BMW dealer in the area which was 30 miles away in NOLA. ( I don't need to say their name) but they not only wanted to charge me 10k plus but said my warranty had expired 2 days prior an that they could not make an exception. I was floored. So I looked up certified bmw repair shops n the area and Josh answered the phone .....he was nothing but helpful from that point on. So was KIM ....they not only made many calls trying to find the lowest price steering column to replace in my car but did it over the Christmas and New Years holiday season. The fixed it for a fraction of the cost.! don't get me wrong it was NOT CHEAP but they were there for me and got the job done. They work, so answering the phone or getting back to you is a challenge for them. they are a small shop and like I said are working on your car...so call them and KIM will be ther for you. If you have a BMW and need work call Euro Tech. Ask for KIM, NOT JOSH...he is working 24/7 and really wants to satisfy his clients....they are a great team. Thank you Euro Tech LLC....and now for everyone that is reading this ...don't hesitate to call them. Oliver F a happy client...”

“Popped a trailer tire on a Monday morning.. Called Johnny’s, he gave me good directions to his shop & got right on swapping the tire out when I arrived… Excellent service, price & honest.. OTR truckers don’t usually get that kind of treatment.. 💯💯💯”

“I visited Baldwin today and was glad to find a non-threatening, over pressured atmosphere. I went in to test drive two models. Selina, my advisor, was pleasant, honest and had good knowledge of Subaru even though she was new to that world. I made a purchase because of all of these factors. Her manager was also very easy to work with.”

“These people are absolutely fantastic! Scotty really knows his stuff, and he's very honest and upfront with you. He even tries to tell you the least expensive options. I would absolutely recommend him!”

“I have had multiple windshield chip repairs done by Mr. Steve and they were done better than when Safelite did my first one and for a fraction of the price. No further damages to my windshield after each repair and he comes to you. You can’t beat it. Please don’t pay $120+ like I did with the chain company. Call Mr. Steve instead and get a better result and support a local business and don’t forget to tip!”
1745 Collins Blvd, Covington LA 70433
“These guys were awesome! Professional and fast. We had been told it was likely a transmission problem (yikes) and referred to them by another shop. Automotive Specialists believed it was something much less expensive, and they were right!”

“Pat is a knowledgeable guy who thinks outside the box when it comes to doing repairs. The Honda dealer quoted him almost $800 for a fuse box which also was on back-order and not currently available. He figured out a way to re-route a wire around the fuse box and get me back on the road in less than 24 hours! And for 80% cheaper than just the part. AND he was honest about it! The world needs more people like him.Service: Electrical”

“Outstanding!! Saved our vacation while in Louisiana from Oklahoma. And gave us great advice on places to go and things to see. I'd give six stars if I could!”

“My Dad used Mr James for years to work on his diesel truck & he was always hard to please, so when he told my husband & I never to go anywhere else, I knew there was great trust there-they had become great friends. After my Dad’s passing, we took his advice & have never regretted it. Mr James & his son, Pee Wee, are very honest & trustworthy. They’ve always fixed every issue we’ve had & their prices can’t be beat. They’re down to earth people & every time we need them, they take care of us immediately & we reminisce about my Dad & his diesel truck. They stand behind their work, they don’t do unnecessary repairs, they’ll let you know if they find any other issues & show them to you & let you know if needs immediate repair or if it can wait & let you decide. We never use anyone else. If we could give 10 stars, they deserve it!”

“These guys are probably the most honest of any auto repair shop that I have ever dealt with. They looked at every part of my car (not just the transmission) and were very fair. Good people.”
