“I wanted to give a spotlight to Nicole Mckelvy, Banking Officer, Senior Universal Banker Covington Branch. I had an issue with my account. I contacted customer service and they had set me up with an investigation. I was told to check in with my local branch on updates. I went to the closest branch who was not much help. His advice was given as if he didn't seem interested. I went to another branch. That is where I met Nicole McKelvy. Before I could sit down and say anything, she knew who I was and had information for me. The visit was worth the time. Nicole guided me through the process and shown great attention to my case. As of today, Nicole has done what I needed to ensure me to remain a customer.

“Janey was so amazing at helping me solve issues that I have been trying to solve for weeks, that I just have to come here and post a review. I called in the morning with one issue. She took all the info and told me that she will call back the second the issue is fixed. A few hours later she called and helped me solve other 2 issues that have been frustrating me for weeks with my account. She had a ton of patience and stayed with me on the phone for a long time until everything worked perfectly. All this with a very friendly attitude I hope she is really appreciated by her bank. I will always ask for her. I do love the bank also. Super hands on and very secure.”

The is a traffic light right outside the parking lot to easily get back on the main road.”

I came the next week and the new bank teller was much kinder, informative, and very courteous to my situation. “My wife and moved to this area about 6 months ago. We picked Chase Bank on Hwy 21, Covington. When we entered the bank, we were greeted courteously and professionally. We told the young lady the nature of of visit and we were taken to an office where all of our business was handled by a keenly knowledgeable young man. He was also nice, professional and courteous.I have been back in the bank several times and was always made to feel welcome. Chase on line is also very easy to use even for an old man.”
