“I absolutely love this bank. I first signed up over 25 years ago when they were a little tiny hole in the wall by the Mandeville Mandeville DMV. They have taken such good care of me for decades. Their employees are amazing, and they truly care. It shows, and I will never leave this bank for how good they have been to me. During the pandemic I was able to get a mask from them too. Then Nadia who works in marketing is the most amazing person ever. She truly bends over backwards to take care of people.

She took all the info and told me that she will call back the second the issue is fixed. A few hours later she called and helped me solve other 2 issues that have been frustrating me for weeks with my account. She had a ton of patience and stayed with me on the phone for a long time until everything worked perfectly. All this with a very friendly attitude I hope she is really appreciated by her bank. “My wife and moved to this area about 6 months ago. We picked Chase Bank on Hwy 21, Covington. When we entered the bank, we were greeted courteously and professionally. We told the young lady the nature of of visit and we were taken to an office where all of our business was handled by a keenly knowledgeable young man.
