“We were returning our Dodge Durango to the Covington location, where Nick promptly greeted us. He came out and inspected the suv and chatted with us while he went over the process. He's super friendly! He asked us how our experience was with the Enterprise in Dallas, to which we explained our bad experience with their customer service. How they didn't answer their phone and that we had an appointment at noon, but they also closed at noon and they wouldn't let us in. It was pretty terrible! Nick, however, was very sympathetic to that experience and told us how that should have never happened. He even went further to generously give is a $50 discount! My wife and I left feeling really good about things. I'd definitely recommend the Covington Enterprise to anyone that needs a rental, and ask for Nick. He's the best!”
