“The car I was supposed to pick up somebody did not return so they gave me a free upgrade to a full size van told me not to worry about the gas but didn't let me know that it I only had a quarter of a tank, on my way back from 1 hour trip I realized it was almost empty. But the van was very nice got use were we needed to go and back . Things happen the staff was very busy very polite the only thing that could have done better was let me know I needed to put some gas in it”
