“I don’t usually write long reviews, but Malaysia at Enterprise absolutely deserves it. From the second I walked in, she had this calm, welcoming energy that instantly made the whole process easier. I’ve dealt with enough car rental places to know when someone is just going through the motions versus when someone genuinely cares about helping you. Malaysia is 100% the second type. She treated me like an actual human being, not just the next person in line she had to get through.
What stood out the most was how personable she was. She didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my questions. She explained things in a way that made sense, didn’t talk down to me, and never acted annoyed, even though I know she has to deal with a lot of people every day. It wasn’t forced or fake either — she has a naturally friendly way of talking to you that makes you feel comfortable right away. I felt like she understood what I needed, listened to what I was actually saying, and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t want.
When we were going through the rental options, she laid everything out clearly so I didn’t feel confused or pressured. She was straightforward about what would work best for my situation instead of trying to push the most expensive thing. That alone made me trust her. You can tell she knows her job inside and out, but she also has the patience to walk you through it without making you feel dumb for asking questions. That combination is rare.

I’d rent from this location again just because of the way she handled everything. If you happen to go there, do yourself a favor and ask for Malaysia. She’ll treat you right, make the process smooth, and you’ll walk out feeling like you were helped by someone who actually enjoys their job and cares about the people she’s helping.
