“The car I was supposed to pick up somebody did not return so they gave me a free upgrade to a full size van told me not to worry about the gas but didn't let me know that it I only had a quarter of a tank, on my way back from 1 hour trip I realized it was almost empty. But the van was very nice got use were we needed to go and back . Things happen the staff was very busy very polite the only thing that could have done better was let me know I needed to put some gas in it”

“I've used this rental location for personal and business use with no issues. I've had the pleasure of working with Susan and she is always helpful and kind. Lauren is another employee with great energy. 10/10 recommend if you want zero headaches when booking a rental car. The vehicles are always in great condition as well. The cleanliness is something I truly value. Thanks Avis of Mandeville team! Y'all are very appreciated!”
