I would give zero stars if I could. My tracking says that my package was supposed be delivered by 12:46 on 12/21/22. It left the Covington location at 4:55am on 12/21/22 and I still have not received my package! Poorly staffed and sometimes you have to wait 2 to 5 hrs to pick up your trailer and all the time is clicking down to get there on time and safely. Torrential rains where it is unsafe to drive. This goes against you. But their drivers get loaded first. Mercer truck 21699

A package was delivered to me today that was ordered from Walmart. The driver knocked my 12×12 post completely out of its border crevice and left and said nothing. That was disrespectful and left me with a job too heavy for myself.
