“Excellent experience! I needed a new liner and Thomas and his team were on it. Reasonably priced. He and his crew were on time, professional, courteous, nice and extremely knowledgeable about all types of pools (in ground and above ground). The team was totally trustworthy. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a top level installation. Laura the office manager was so professional and kept me up to date on the process. I never had to call and ask what’s the status of things. The whole team is very good and it was a great and professional experience.”

“4 yrs. ago my husband and I purchased a Kincaid dining room table, chairs and side board from La-Z-Boy in Covington, LA.
A couple of days ago I brought 2 of the chairs to the Covington store asking for the bolts to be tightened on the chairs because the cushions were loose. The salesman Joe, told me that the furniture repairman was out on delivery and I may have to wait until next week . I said ok. However, after a few minutes Joe said let me see what I can do with the chairs. He took the chairs back to the warehouse and when he returned, the chairs were as good as new. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ll certainly go back to the La-Z-Boy Covington store to purchase other furniture.”

Melissa is very knowledgeable and was not “salesy.” She walked us through the showroom and we did not feel rushed even though it was close to closing time.
