“Went to get a pair of safety gloves. Asked 2 different associates for assistance. One told me not to trust online inventory that they didn’t carry that product (wow). Another guy told me that if I didn’t see them by the gardening gloves then I’d have to order them. A guy named Mr Doug actually took the time to walk with me and actually find the EXACT gloves I was looking for in the store. Thanks Mr Doug!! I love Lowe’s but service needs to step up. Y’all are losing revenue when associates encourage customers to buy online because they don’t feel like taking the time to look up one item on their mobile handheld device. It’s not like I asked them to grab a catalog and search by hand.”
