They have everything I have ever went there to get, and the most friendly couple running the show. I have even enjoyed a few history lessons about Lee Rd. and the old telephone system.Places like this, are the places that are quickly disappearing. “On Sept 3rd I ordered a Portable air conditioner that was on clearance sale from Home Depot online. I received the package on Sept.8, unfortunately what I received wasn't an air conditioner but a lawnmower! At first I got on the customer service chat service which allowed me to take it to my nearby Home Depot store. I took the mower to the store and met Susan in Customer service. She couldn't believe that I was delivered a lawnmower instead of an a/c. She did some calling and found out the switch had occurred with FedEx. She got us the refund and reordered our a/c which I received in only 2 days. For this screw up FedEx will only get a 1 star rating, for Home Depot, I will still give them 5 stars for their Customer Service handling of the situation in a courteous and prompt way. And in case anyone is wondering why I just didn't keep the lawnmower, I'm not a dishonest person!”
