Very knowledgeable, informative on all products and nutrition. Helped me understand how my body functions and what is required to be healthy. Did not rush and answered every single question I had. Very pleased!!

Met with the owner Alex multiple times. Extremely knowledgeable, gave me a lot of great advice. Rest of staff was friends and also helped every chance they got. Can’t go wrong with getting assistance from them ever. Product knowledge and quality was amazing and above anywhere else I have ever been.

Best nutrition shop I’ve ever been to by far! They provided so much knowledge and created individual plans for us based off of our body composition. Exactly the place we were looking for. We will be coming back often! Lucky to have this place on the Northshore!
