“I called to find out if they had ink for my printer. When I walked into the store, Jared asked me if there was anything he could do to help. I told him I was looking for ink for my printer & gave him the model number. A voice from behind the printing/copying counter called out the part number for the ink. It was Super Seth! He then walked around behind the checkout counter where he had my ink cartridges waiting on me. As I was checking out, Jared notified me of a sale on paper. I got a 3-ream case of paper (normally about $26) for $13.
I spent less than 3 minutes in this store. I got the ink I needed & some paper (which I had forgotten that I needed).
Great experience at this location & everyone had a great attitude. I have no problem shopping here in the future.”
