“I called to find out if they had ink for my printer. When I walked into the store, Jared asked me if there was anything he could do to help. I told him I was looking for ink for my printer & gave him the model number. A voice from behind the printing/copying counter called out the part number for the ink. It was Super Seth! He then walked around behind the checkout counter where he had my ink cartridges waiting on me. As I was checking out, Jared notified me of a sale on paper. I got a 3-ream case of paper (normally about $26) for $13.

I spent less than 3 minutes in this store. I got the ink I needed & some paper (which I had forgotten that I needed).

Great experience at this location & everyone had a great attitude. I have no problem shopping here in the future.”

“Cay at Geek Squad and Keshawn at the computer section were both very helpful. I had multiple problems with my laptop and my wife's tablet quit working. Cay went to great lengths to explain the problems with my laptop, because I'm next to worthless when it comes to anything IT. Her patience with her explanations was appreciated as well as explaining things so I could understand. Keshawn took a great deal of time showing my wife tablets that would fill her needs and when she told him that I would probably need a new laptop, he spent even more time showing her what was available. I did get a new laptop and the Geek Squad was able to transfer files from my old laptop to my new one after they made repairs to my old one. Together they made our experience at Best Buy very gratifying. We have used this store before and I'm sure will do so in the future as we travel constantly. Thank you for helping us. John and Casey.”
