I never get anything on rewards and when I ask the tall guy to look in the computer if I had any rewards bc I buy buy buy from you all and get no rewards. I cannot believe he as the employee cannot get into rewards for a customer.

The groomers have been doing an amazing job with my pittie’s skin issues. The mud bath thing they give him is remarkable. My pitty is so comfortable with them, he lets them paint his nails. We’re always greeted with giant smiles and every dog gets lots of love from all the groomers.

We love all the groomers at Petco Grooming Salon. They treat my dog like their own. They are patient and sweet. I trust them with all my pets. Big props to Sarah the Salon Manager, she is very knowledgeable and helps her fellow groomers in every way. Chelsea has taken steps to go the extra mile to care for my pittie’s dry skin the a mud bath! Kenny and Isabel are also amazing. I can’t say enough about the groomers at Petco Pinnacle in Covington, LA! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was an older guy working July 12th came in at 8:45 immediately came up to us and told us they close soon (we know) he got on the intercom about 3 times to let us know the store is closing and kept bothering us about it, we got up to the register and bless the cashier amazing person he told him “2 minutes bud” being rude even tho we the customer was taking awhile most annoying experience ever the cashier was great tho sweet and helpful!
