“✨ Every time I shop at this boutique, I leave feeling confident, beautiful, and so cared for—and that’s all because of Heather and Renee. These two women are truly one of a kind. They know my style so well that they even send me sneak peeks from market (shhh… don’t tell ?) and always keep me in mind when they find something they know I’ll love. But what truly sets them apart is the level of personal care and thoughtfulness they put into every interaction. A few weeks ago, I placed an order for an adorable Fourth of July top. I selected in-store pickup and didn’t realize the shop would be closed for the holiday. Not only did Heather catch that, but she went out of her way—on a holiday weekend—to message me and leave the top on her front doorstep so I could still have it in time. And if that wasn’t already amazing customer service, she also noticed I had used my loyalty rewards points but could have saved more with the current 30% off sale. Instead of letting that slide, she refunded my order and reprocessed it with the sale discount so I’d get the best deal possible. Who does that?? This boutique doesn’t just sell clothes—they celebrate women, and they go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued, seen, and special. “I might be the only woman in the world that hates to shop. I needed new shoes for school, and I wanted sandals nice enough to wear with slacks. I walked in and saw a pair, tried them on, look great, so I bought the brown, the ivory, and the black. That's how I buy shoes.”
“Hibbetts crew was very helpful to find my exact size and took less than 20 minutes to try on 2 pairs of shoes. I selected my pair and wore them out of the store. Associate took the time to help me fill out a survey to get an in-store coupon and got 20% off my HOKAs which are very pricey and showed me their demo of the waterproof shoe spray. Will be back for my next pair! Thank you for having a nice store. Customer service is usually lacking but this store was very helpful. Appreciate the effort.”

“These folks go above and beyond for great service. My kayak needed repairs, but I live an hour away so Matt M. arranged for my kayak to be shipped here from another location (at no charge to me) so he could work on it. The repairs were done quickly and ended up costing much less than any of the other quotes I had gotten. Thanks!”
