“I might be the only woman in the world that hates to shop. I needed new shoes for school, and I wanted sandals nice enough to wear with slacks. I walked in and saw a pair, tried them on, look great, so I bought the brown, the ivory, and the black. That's how I buy shoes.”
“Hibbetts crew was very helpful to find my exact size and took less than 20 minutes to try on 2 pairs of shoes. I selected my pair and wore them out of the store. Associate took the time to help me fill out a survey to get an in-store coupon and got 20% off my HOKAs which are very pricey and showed me their demo of the waterproof shoe spray. Will be back for my next pair! Thank you for having a nice store. Customer service is usually lacking but this store was very helpful. Appreciate the effort.”

“These folks go above and beyond for great service. My kayak needed repairs, but I live an hour away so Matt M. arranged for my kayak to be shipped here from another location (at no charge to me) so he could work on it. The repairs were done quickly and ended up costing much less than any of the other quotes I had gotten. Thanks!”
