Just came into the store super, super, super last minutes before closing with a huge box of Amazon returns (I’m not usually that person!!!). It was legitimately my last chance to return it before going out of town for a month for a global health trip. Most people would be frustrated by this last minute person showing up with a ton of stuff (I would!) and I felt terrible.Keziah (sorry if I butchered the spelling) didn’t even have to hear my petty excuses. He didn’t bat an eye when I walked in, and took it with absolute grace while juggling my return with a few other customers. He was extremely polite, efficient, and just pleasant to interact with. He made what should have been a bad experience absolutely simple and easy. Very impressed with this store and you are very lucky to have such a good employee representing your storefront!

UPS sent my wife a return label saying that it could be printed at the store. When we got there, we were told we has to pay $1.04 to print it. Then we needed some tape to close up one end of the box and were told they could give us one piece. Customer service at it's poorest. Sad

I went to ship a custom made “18 umbrella and was told the price would be $130! I couldn’t believe it. I was told it was due to the size but that still seemed ridiculous. I took that same umbrella to the post office and paid a little over $20! I kid you not! Please resreach before paying these outrageous prices.
