They know my style so well that they even send me sneak peeks from market (shhh… don’t tell ?) and always keep me in mind when they find something they know I’ll love. But what truly sets them apart is the level of personal care and thoughtfulness they put into every interaction. A few weeks ago, I placed an order for an adorable Fourth of July top. I selected in-store pickup and didn’t realize the shop would be closed for the holiday. Not only did Heather catch that, but she went out of her way—on a holiday weekend—to message me and leave the top on her front doorstep so I could still have it in time. And if that wasn’t already amazing customer service, she also noticed I had used my loyalty rewards points but could have saved more with the current 30% off sale. Instead of letting that slide, she refunded my order and reprocessed it with the sale discount so I’d get the best deal possible. Who does that?? This boutique doesn’t just sell clothes—they celebrate women, and they go above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued, seen, and special.
